Actimove® TaloMotion is a 3D flat-knitted ankle support for an ankle that is sprained, swollen or gives way. Its anatomical shape and gradient medical compression steady the joint and help relieve pain, and the knit holds itself in place without a constricting elastic band at the top.

Anatomically shaped silicone pads sit around the ankle bones and apply targeted pressure with an intermittent massage effect, which helps reduce swelling. The pads are fused into the knit for a seamless finish, and a soft Motion-Comfort-Zone across the instep keeps the fit smooth inside a shoe.

A reinforced knitted structure through the heel and sole resists abrasion in daily wear, and a donning aid is included to make it easier to put on. Ordered left or right.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C (85 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

Use the donning aid supplied in the box; the knit is firm and hard to pull over the heel without it.

Slide the donning aid over the foot with its longer side under the sole
Turn the upper part of the support inside out until you have a good grip on the heel area
Pull the support over the foot and over the donning aid
Pull the donning aid out from underneath by its tapered end
Check the shaped pads sit right behind the bony knobs on each side of the ankle
