The Actimove® Sports Edition Thumb Stabilizer holds the thumb steady while leaving the fingers free. Two anatomically shaped stays are built into the brace on either side of the thumb, so the joint is supported against the sideways stress that hurts in a sprain, and an open design leaves full finger motion and hand dexterity.

It is made for mild to moderate strains and sprains such as skier's thumb, for pain from repetitive thumb activity like texting or gaming, for inflammation and for the onset of osteoarthritis. Medical compression and balanced warmth support pain relief and healing.

Close the hook-and-loop fastener straps before washing
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40 °C (105 °F) with a mild detergent

Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

The thumb goes through its own opening before anything is fastened.

Unfasten all the straps
Slide your hand through the stabilizer, putting your thumb through the thumb opening
Close the base wrist closure
Wrap the wrist strap around your wrist and secure it
Wrap the thumb strap around your thumb until it is secure and stable
