Thigh High Compression Stockings

Thigh high compression stockings carry graduated support past the knee — the usual choice when swelling, varicose veins (enlarged, twisted veins near the skin's surface) or post-surgical instructions involve the whole leg, or when a pantyhose is more garment than you want. We stock medi's mediven lines, Bauerfeind's VenoTrain, Sigvaris and JOBST, from light 15-20 mmHg through the 20-30 mmHg medical entry grade to 30-40, 40-50 and 50-60 mmHg classes, in open and closed toe, with silicone top bands that hold the stocking up without a garter.

A thigh high is sized on more measurements than a knee high — ankle, calf and thigh circumference plus leg length — so check the Size & Fit chart on each product page, and message us before ordering if you land between sizes.
