Knee High Compression Socks

Knee high compression socks are the workhorse of compression therapy — graduated pressure that is strongest at the ankle and eases up the calf, which helps tired, aching, swollen legs and supports vein health. This is our largest compression range: medi's mediven lines, Bauerfeind's VenoTrain, Sigvaris and JOBST, in levels from light 15-20 mmHg for travel and long days on your feet, through the 20-30 and 30-40 mmHg medical grades, to 40-50 and 50-60 mmHg classes for diagnosed venous disease.

Sizing is by ankle and calf measurement, not shoe size — every product's Size & Fit tab holds its manufacturer's chart, and measuring in the morning before swelling builds gives the truest numbers.
