The order tag is built from the name once, when the agent is created (Jane Doe → rep-jane-doe). Renaming later keeps the original tag, so past orders stay findable.
Just the default that pre-fills the new-code form — each code can carry its own amount.
2. Codes for
+ Issue a new code
Letters, numbers and hyphens, 3–32 characters. Becomes a live discount code — pick something customers can type.
$15 off is the standard first-order offer. Use 0 for a marker-only code — the customer gets nothing off, but the order is still credited to the agent (points awarded by Flow off the rep- tag). 0 is a real, supported value; it no longer has to be faked with $0.01.
Both numbers come from the schedule and can't be edited. One code per client account — issue this once the client's first order is done, and retire their first-order code.
The agent's own 25% self-use discount is not a code — apply it by hand at the till when they collect in store (pickup only, never Bauerfeind, never commissioned).
