It is normally worn with a legpiece so the whole lower limb is covered — swelling left untreated at the foot tends to stay there. Overlapping hook-and-loop bands re-tighten as the foot reduces, and the short-stretch fabric gives low resting pressure with high working pressure each time you take a step. The footpiece comes with two Farrow Standard liners.
